The flowers and the arrangement was beautiful. - better than the photo we chose them from. The delivery to our family was done early in the day, so very pleased with that as they didn't need to stay home all day. We think the 'out of area' charge should be reviewed/refined though. ST5 is next to ST7, we chose a Newcastle florist as being local, knowing that it was only 10 minutes away. Google says 8 mins & 3.4 miles

Though I ordered a flower arrangement described as 'Colour Pop', the flowers delivered were basically a green and white mix in a plain wrapping, this is only an observation as my sister was more than happy with the arrangement, but she was unaware of what I had actually ordered!! <br/>Flowers delivered on time and in good condition, I just feel there should have been some colour as part of the arrangement, but maybe it's a seasonal thing. <br/>Thank you

I don't know where to start, I would rate Helen Bryan Florist more than a 5star service!!! I can honestly say this florist and Helen Bryan herself gave me a personal GOLD SERVICE! Not only did I provide her with the wrong address details but I was unobtainable to give Helen the correct details when she phoned! The flowers were fresh beautiful and delivered within 8hrs of my order to the right recipient who tells me everyday "I LOVE THEM-THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL" - Great email communication, problem solver, courteous, friendly, polite- Id go as far to say that I've never been so amazed - I will be using this service every week.x 2 very happy people.- thank u Helen impressed particularly by customer service but this business was top class, first rate and prices were below average which left me
