I decided last minute to send birthday flowers to my daughter on her first solo trip abroad. The same day delivery service from one country to another was seamless and the bouquet was beautiful. My only small complaint would be that I wasn’t able to pick a delivery time frame and the delivery was late in the day; it would have been nice if the delivery was early afternoon.

The website is easy to use, but -- there was no way to give the specific delivery instructions that I needed to give and no way to provide added information after I sent in the order. The main part of the gift (the flowers) never reached the intended recipient.

Excellent, absolutely beautiful bouquet, ordered on the day, late morning on my Mother-in-Laws after getting out of the hospital around 9pm the evening before and being unorganised I was surprised to find a well priced flower boutique, with on the day delivery (arrived about 5/6 hours after order in) and with a such beautiful display of flowers in the bouquet! Would highly recommend! Quality, speed and price would be a struggle to beat. :)

I live in Western Canada and my sister lives in Scotland. It was her birthday on the 19th and I wanted to send her flowers; but I hadn't tried to send flowers overseas prior to this. I went online and searched 'Sending flowers to Scotland' and up came Direct2florist, with a list of shops in Edinburgh. Choosing was easy, pricing was surprisingly reasonable, and my sister's lovely bouquet was delivered to her door the next day - flawless and exactly as pictured. I will be back to do this again!

Wonderful service! I live in the US and I wanted to send flowers to my best friend living in Scotland. I was nervous if something went wrong and they needed to get ahold of me that it would be hard. But it was so super easy to order and I had plenty of room on the note for a nice long message. The bouquet looked a little different from the photo online, but I actually think it looked bigger and nicer than the pic!

I had been in hospital, ill, with a bleed in the brain. Louise kept my friends and colleagues informed of my progress and subsequent operation. There was a little hiccough but then everything went as well as it usually does. Flowers arrived today and my friend sent me a photo and was clearly delighted with them. Flowers were nice but the hatbox i ordered was rejected by the florist i chose them from which was picked up by another florist although they were delivered on time, on the right day having seen what was delivered i feel they were vastly over priced for what they were. they couldn't do the spray i chose from the other florist but said they they would be the same colours in a hat box but the flowers they used to do it were completely different and honestly could have cost half the price i paid for them as ive ordered similar to what they produced for a good £20 less so do feel slightly ripped off.

The bouquet was not the one I ordered. I was told in the morning that one of the flowers was not available but that they would still make a bouquet with the ones they had unless I wanted to wait until the others came in. As I wanted it delivered on that day I said to go ahead but was a bit disappointed. I needn't have worried. My cousin was delighted with the bouquet and sent me some pictures. It was beautiful.
