I was very pleased with the flowers, they looked great from the photo I was sent and as described, and the recipient thought they were lovely. Was not so pleased with the extra cost of delivery, but wanted to use a local florist to the recipient, and they were definitely worth the extra money. Thank you.

As I live abroad, I ordered flowers for my mum's 92nd birthday. Upon ordering I was charged an extra £5 for delivery as it was further away than usual. However there photo was of the flowers I knew mum likes. Upon delivery I was sent 2 photos of the bouquet pre delivery. The flowers bore almost no resemblance to the website photos and we're considerably smaller even though I ordered a larger size. My partner and I were deeply disappointed. One star credit is given that my mum likes the flowers.

We had a prompt response as we not aware it was a public holiday in the UK when we asked for them to be delivered. Received a message asking if the next day was acceptable. We have used Bromborough Flowers through Direct2florist 2 or 3 times to send flowers to UK (we are in Australia) and the service is top notch. Often a gamble dealing online for services as it can feel remote and uncontrolled compared with "walking into the shop". BUT with Bromborough Flowers this was not the case. Once the florist at Bromborough Flowers rang us in Australia to explain they could not deliver live flowers to a hospital (due to Covid) and she worked out an alternative option for us. Excellent website for user experience. A real plus being able to chose from florists within the locale, bearing in mind previous reviews, etc. I chose to let the florist create a design for my parents anniversary and they were not disappointed. Really nice slection of flowers which my mum loved. I ordered these to be delivered and as no one was in, instead of leaving the flowers in the sun, the team kindly re- delivered them again later in the evening.
