Sent some flower, deluxe ones, to my friend & ordered over the Internet Obviously did not get to see them but apparently, my friend called the florist as they were very, very poo quality! They did pick them up and return them within about an hour, redone, but kind of detracted from what should have been a nice treat

Requested no Lilies due to allergies. Flowers contained lilies. Florist offered to replace but did not understand that flowers had been thrown away as my mother was allergic to the lilies so original flowers could not be swapped. Waste of money.

Flowers ordered on good Friday and delivered on Saturday, perfectly in time for Easter. The arrangement looked beautiful and my mum was really pleased with it. Great contact from agent and florist to let me know they didnt have the exact container I ordered. Slightly on the expensive side but more because they didnt seem to have cheaper bouquets. The one ordered was worth the money paid. Thanks.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was actually delivered. There were no Thistles or Roses in the bouquet and it was very cheap looking. Very poor service and not worth the money. Disappointed as this was for a special occasion, I wouldn't use this florist again.

Not only did the recipient say it was the nicest bouguet of flowers she had received for a long time but you managed to delivery the day after bank holiday when other florists weren't even delivering. My comments relate to delivery rather than the presentation. The flowers received were beautiful and were ordered for my mother for her birthday. I had requested an AM delivery as I was taking my mother to lunch. Unfortunately the flowers didn't arrive before we left for lunch at 11.50 (yes still within AM window but only just)! This was particularly disappointing as Tom Hodge florist are very local to the delivery address and I chose them specificially so that the flowers would arrive earlier in order that my mother could be there to receive them.
