This is the first time I haven't left a five-star rating for Festival Flowers - not because of any problem with the flowers, but because the flowers were left outdoors in a garden of a different house in the road. Luckily they eventually reached the correct person and she said they were lovely.

The flowers I requested did not reflect what was sent to my friend and I was asked if I wanted to add on chocolates, which I did and didn’t arrive, no card also. Asked them to knock, which they did not so flowers left outside for over 24 hours!!! Really disappointed

Despite the order arriving at local florists late, they (the florists) went out of their way 'to make things right'. Friendly, helpful and very well mannered. Full marks to the Oxton florists. Direct2florist should organise themselves better and realise that speed is what matters when people use their service. The five stars are for the local florist. As for 'direct2florist' - get some staff to work weekends!

I use direct2florist twice a year for flowers for my friend who lives 100 miles away. Great idea. Saves time finding quality local florists in the area of your choice. Used it twice to send flowers to relatives and had positive feedback from them regarding the quality and delivery of the flowers. Using locally sourced florists has worked out cheaper too.

The original florist chosen was unable to fill my order, I was informed straight away, given options, as I was ordering from New Zealand and sending to the UK this was absolutely brilliant service, I received emails to say my order had been received and also had been delivered. I really like that you can support local, small businesses in your area. Direct2florist makes it easy to find and choose a florist and exactly what you are looking for. The prices are reasonable and the florist I chose, close to my parents, delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The man who delivered them was very friendly, "a local chap" as my mother said, and that alone can brighten an older couples 60th anniversary day. I'll only be using Direct2florist in future for the above reasons and because thay can be trusted. Thank you for a great service.

I was pleased that you had used initiative and asked my sister to take my niece's flowers (her eldest daughter), as you had not found her in at her flat. My niece did comment that perhaps you could left a note at her flat, so that she knew you had been there to try to deliver them but she did get them a couple of days later. If I were to be ordering for just her in the future and not my sister at the same time, that you would find a way to get them to her, such as phoning her to arrange delivery, as I appreciate that it must be difficult delivering to flats with a front security door, where you can't reach the person's own front door. However, the arrangement was fantastic and I was really pleased with it, as was she, so no worries. Enjoy your Christmas break and I would be only too happy to use your shop again in the future. My sister was absolutely delighted with these flowers and so was I when I saw them. They closely matched the on-line image, were delivered on time and were beautifully arranged and excellent value for money. My late uncle used to always send myself and my two sisters flowers but he died earlier this year. I had wanted to carry on the tradition in his memory to the same level of quality and you helped me to achieve this. This is the first time that I have actually ordered flowers online, so was slightly nervous about this as I normally like to see a sample to the flowers first. However I liked the flowers (and prices) of Festival Flowers and encouraged by the customer reviews I placed my order.
