Ordered Mother’s Day flowers and they weren’t delivered on Mother’s Day. I know it was busy this year but I ordered over two weeks in advance and would have just preferred a “no we can’t do it” as I had time to find other places. No communication about the change either, just a text from my mother to say they’d arrived and then an automatically generated email a few hours later.

You put us in touch with the best florist we could ever have imagined. Living 12,000 miles from our recipient we were nervous to use a service like this. I understand that the care home staff said the flowers were 'lovely'. A sentiment I hope also expressed by the recipient. I have awarded 5-stars but would make the following suggestion: As many of your customers who place the order do not actually see the flowers they ordered, would it not be a nice gesture to email a photo of the flowers to the customer, perhaps including the date/time they were handed to the recipient? Just a thought.

A little different to what I ordered. Flowers in display were lovely and recipient very happy with them but I thought overpriced compared to what I have paid for flowers delivered in Ireland which traditionally always been more expensive.

I ordered my flower delivery through direct 2 florist, I was contacted to confirm my order then given a choice and personal service. I am absolutely thrilled with the bouquet my aunt received and I have no hesitation in recommending at all! I was worried about ordering from a florist almost 250 miles away but sue did an amazing job and I will definately use her again and again! A+++++ job cannot begin to recommend highly enough!
