I was extremely impressed with the florist who created my order. The florist contacted me to say that there were a couple of flowers that she didn???t have at that time . I asked her to make something that would be suitable. I had used the ???Special Requests??? whilst ordering and the request was adhered to. They were delivered within a few hours and and the Bouquet was Beautiful. Very Happy with the overall service and ordering process.

The florist called to advise that she did not have roses as per the photo on website of the arrangement (Dawn). She suggested alternatives and I asked if she could send photo which she did. The arrangement looked very little like the photo on your website. A plain tin pot and not a peach pot as featured. It looked droopy and too much foliage not enough flowers. She did offer me a refund and offered to do again. Happy enough when it was redone but would not have been happy if the original had been sent. This is a fair and honest review of my experience. Would not use your services again.

Incredible service by Direct 2 Florist and local florist Style Exotic Flowers Edinburgh. Needed flowers delivered to 10 am funeral on a Monday and because I had been ill with covid had left it to last minute, ordering midday on Sunday. Both Direct 2 Florist and Amanda at Style Exotic called me on the Sunday to say they would try their best. Arrived at the funeral at 9.30 on the Monday and there were our stunning flowers as we walked in. Amazing customer service overall and stunning floral arrangement. Can???t recommend highly enough. Will definitely be my go to florists now. Thank you all so much.

This was the first time I used this site to send flowers to Scotland for my nieces funeral from Canada. It was easy to use but I made the mistake of not putting in a delivery time, so I was really worried the flowers wouldn’t reach the funeral in time. I emailed them and they put my mind at rest when they emailed me back. The flowers were delivered on time for the funeral, and my sister sent me a picture the flowers were beautiful. I would definitely use this site again.

My family took pictures of the flowers that I sent to my niece funeral, they were beautiful. I made the mistake of not putting in a delivery time and emailed them I was worried they wouldn???t make it in time they emailed back and my mind was put to rest. I made a mistake on the day the flowers to be sent, I quickly emailed them and they immediately got back to me saying it wouldnt be a problem. The flowers themselves were absolutely stunning. I would thoroughly recommend using them and will do again myself, thumbs up from me.

Flowers were delivered to a neighbour but I was unaware of this as no note or email. I just had an email to say they were delivered but when I spoke to my daughter there was no sign of them! She had been in all afternoon and no one had tried to deliver them to her! Had to phone the flower shop to find out where the flowers had gone, time consuming and spoilt the surprise for my daughter.

Given that I'm on the other side of the world, and had no chance to see the flowers, I'm a little tested by this request! However I understand they looked stylish, and they were certainly appreciated and arrived in good time - Emma didn't receive tulips (which was what I'd ordered), but perhaps they were 'out of stock'.
