Easy to select from the lovely flowers on the website, which was nicely laid out. The flowers were delivered that same day and the picture of the item was a bonus. Will definitely use again.

There was nothing on your website stating that you could not deliver over Easter weekend. I ordered for a special birthday for my best friend as I could not be with her on her special day as I live overseas. I got an email receipt confirming delivery for the 8th April. The flowers did not get delivered until the 12th April. Very disappointing as the event was over and my friend thought I had forgotten.
