I have ordered flowers for my friends birthday on Christmas day for several years now and I would always use the flower box. It's easy to order and my friend has been very pleased with all the arrangements and says they last for a few weeks.

I'm delighted with the flowers and the customer experience with the Knighton Flower Box! I was given a delivery time by phone and the flowers arrived 10 minutes early. The florist was most helpful and kind and the arrangement as beautiful as in the photo. The flowers looked fresh and gorgeous. Ordering online was easy. Very very pleased overall.

Fabulous flowers for my mothers birthday. Left it to florist choice but asked for bright colours. My mum said 'wow' they were splendid. I was a bit worried about when they would be delivered so emailed the florist direct...she was already on the road and they arrived before 2pm. Great service and will use Flower Box again.

I ordered a bouquet for a dear friend in Hereford, and I was notified by direct2florist not too long later that the original florist I had chosen wasn't available to do the arrangement, and my order was given to The Flower Box instead. Thank goodness for this!! The sheaf was absolutely beautiful, delivered right on time and my friend was so happy. Will definitely be ordering from The Flower Box again! :)

Direct2florist were unable to supply the flowers that I had chosen from the florist I had chosen, Direct2florist decided to use another florist but were unable to tell me which florist or what flowers had been ordered during the telephone conversation I had with them so I cancelled the order so I could choose the flowers myself. However Direct to florist continued to deliver the cancelled flowers and charge me even though the order was cancelled.

Beautiful bouquet ...so impressed with the quality and style my daughter (the recipient) who???s wedding day it was supposed to be but had to cancel due to the pandemic is seriously thinking if asking the flower box to do the wedding flowers next year! Can???t say anything better than that. Perfect Delivered quickly...only ordered them the same morning even tho the receiver lived 20 miles away...
