I’m afraid my mother never got her flowers for Mother’s Day, despite me receiving an email saying they had been delivered to her. When I got in touch with direct2florist.co.uk to find out what had gone wrong, I was advised that the florist had been contacted for a response. I’m still waiting for a reply and have no confidence that I am going to get one. An apology would have helped but I feel I wasted £50 on this service and am very disappointed. I won’t be using them again.

On receipt of your bouquet which a purchased for my wife's 70 th birthday she was very impressed with them.Unfortunately they did not live upto our expectations. With in two days they started to deteriorate even though we followed the instructions and were a disapointment to my wife.

Website does not provide enough info. I.E only gives a size on the odd floral display , should state dimensions or each size available. It would also be useful to know that displays can be provided in different colours. Bower, the actual flowers provided were beautiful, thank you.

This florist always does a beautiful job. They are reliable, and reasonably priced. Living outside of the uk, it is difficult to get gifts to my loved ones. But this florist, along with the direct to florist service are just brilliant! I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you for making my life a bit easier!

Good service, however compared to the same order delivered only 6 weeks ago there seemed less flowers and certainly more "cheaper" flowers like carnations over more "expensive" flowers such as roses. Last time there was a good spread of each. Certainly make me think twice next time i order
