Was initially pleased with my choice of flowers and the delivery was to be made on the same day, unfortunately the shop rang to say that they were struggling to get the flowers as they were stuck on the euro tunnel which I fully understand was out of there hands they did say they had a lovely plant they could trim up and send instead which was good but I enquired as to if it would still be the same price and they said yes and as I needed it to go straight away i agreed but I really think they charged me far to much for a plant.

I ordered the flowers at 1.30pm on the 29th Dec and they were delivered by 3.30pm which was excellent. However at 145pm I received a call from the florist saying they had run out of the flowers I requested and that my order would not be processed. I then spent the next half he looking for an alternative and went out and bought some myself. I was a little surprised when my partner called at 4 thanking me for the flowers. A courtesy call to say the order was live again would have been helpful
