It was quick and easy to choose and order the flowers via West Mailing flowers , and they arrived on time and were absolutely stunning . I was also able to order quite late in the evening for next day delivery....excellent all round.

Good service but florist selected via Direct2florist did not provide any delivery time options and quality of bouquet very good apart from roses which made up 30% of bouquet. These did not last longer than 48 hours so disappointing.

We live in Australia but have family in the UK and USA. This means we miss out on many special celebrations. Sending flowers is a way of being with people you love in spirit. We have used Direct2florist for many years now for deliveries overseas. The result has been excellent as the company uses local florists to fill orders. The flowers/plants are beautiful and we have never had any delivery issues. Well done Direct2florist. I have also started to use them for deliveries in Australia.

However, I am informed by my Mum that her sister was very impressed by the display. I actually used Direct2florist because interfllora had let me down and only told me on the delivery day. I managed to get a same day delivery with no issues and the flowers were fabulous. I will definitely use them again and never go back to interflora as it was the third time I’d been let down by them.

Absolutely first class service. I had a couple of questions which were answered very promptly. One, they had to phone someone else to get the information but still answered within twenty minutes. The recipient of the flowers said they were beautiful. She was so impressed she said she would use them herself in future. I highly recommend them.
