The flower arrangement was very small and not worth the money. I particularly asked for a later delivery but the flowers were delivered while my mum was out. Very disappointed.

Exceptional service from Ivy Florist. They tried to deliver on the day asked for (a Friday) but we???re unable to because there was no safe place to leave. A fresh bouquet was made up and delivered on the Monday. That???s amazing service. Many thanks, the flowers are beautiful.

Roses were beautiful but did not come with the white flowers/foliage like on the picture so I was disappointed as it's not what I paid for. I could of made the flowers myself from Asda and they would of looked the same. I would use the florist again. I would probably go in and order rather than doing via another company to guarantee I got what I paid for

The ivy were amazing, the flowers were delivered within a few hours and after popping in a note to ask them to say the flowers were from Aus on delivery as my grandma couldn't read the card, they very kindly read it to her. After trawling loads of sites that SAID they did next day delivery (but then when you got to the last page of orering had no availability for four days) you actually DID it - and at a fair price. Whats more I was happier to use local florists - thanks we weren't late for Mum's birthday and she said they were lovely.
