This is really a review of the direct2florist service. When I began to enter my order it offered same day delivery but as I paid it moved the delivery date to the next day. I called to get it changed but they didn't do it. The florist was fine.

Ordered sympathy flowers for a colleague to be delivered on the day and they were delivered within a couple hours of purchase from a florist in her area. I got to choose the colours and size. Very impressed, and they looked lovely.

Easy enough to order online. You would usually accept what you receive is not always on a like for like basis, but on this occasion, I was very pleased with the arrangement. The recipient, my wife was not disappointed.

Excellent service. We did have a problem with the florist and their shoddy work but on contacting Direct2florist the problem was eventually fixed and a new bouquet was delivered. It was good to know they were standing behind their work.

Flowers were beautiful but instructions weren’t completely followed as I requested a happy birthday helium balloon and a Mother’s Day bunch of flowers and got sent a mother’s day helium balloon instead along side the flowers although my mother loved them when you request something and it turns up wrong it’s abit disappointing
