The flowers I ordered were absolutely lovely the recipient said but sadly they arrived a week early.Even this review request came the day before the due delivery-TODAY. So to sum up, First Class Flowers but let down by the "Web Team" who sent me the e-mail with all the correct order details but somehow caused the florist to send the flowers a week early!!

Hi, My cousins birthday was last week and she lives in England and I live in Ireland. She loves flowers and she has a lovely garden. We decided to send her a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates. Price was very reasonable and was delivered as promised. The allocated florist sent out horrendous flowers that were looking dead just 24 hours after delivery. <br />Direct2florist liaised with the Florist and between them agreed that because they are in a basket, the lifestamp is significantly reduced and therefore the flowers were of an acceptable quality. <br />I demanded a refund and was refused. AVOID.
