I’ve ordered via Direct2florist many times & as a fellow florist I utterly recommend & recognise their value for customers & florists alike, basically you will get the full value of your flower order, unlike many other relay companies whom take a 40% commission from the delivering florist- which quite obviously has a huge impact on the florals you receive. Direct2florist do not ever do this. ??

These flowers were a gift for my sister, I haven’t actually seen them, just a picture, they looked fab and my sister told me they were, they arrived the day after ordering, which I had asked for, so all in all, very satisfied with the florist and direct 2 florist.

The service is always top class!! The recipient has always been happy with the arrangements and I like the prompt delivery and the customer service. On one occasion I sent an arrangement to the incorrect address. I reached out via email, advised them of the error and it was delivered, no additional fees, to the new address. That’s great service. It’s the only company I use for deliveries. Kudos to Amanda Jane!! Skilled hands and great presentation

As it was for a Golden Wedding Anniversary I asked if the flowers could be changed to more appropriate colours for the occasion and my request was fulfilled. The recipient of the flowers sent me a photo which I was very grateful for as the sender doesn't usually get to see exactly what is sent and is left wondering. The flowers were beautiful but the only negative comment I would like to make is that the container of the arrangement was plain black with no ribbon around it, whereas on the website it had a light coloured box with a coloured ribbon. I am guessing that maybe black was used to make the flowers stand out but I think it would have been nice to also have a plain coloured ribbon to match the flowers.
