I CANNOT SAY HOW GOOD THE FLOWERS WERE BECAUSE I WAS NOT THERE BUT MY DAUGHTER THOUGHT THE DELIVERY MAN WAS CHARMING TOWARDS HER. THAT MEANT A LOT AS SHE IS GOING THROUGH A DIFFICULT MEDICAL PERIOD. THANK YOU.

Beautiful flowers delivered but they were absolutely nothing like the description or photo of the flowers that I ordered. Very disappointing and I probably wouldn't buy through this platform again ☹ If the florist didn't have stock to fulfil my order then I would have expected some form of communication (phone call, email or something) to inform me of the situation and give me the option of proceeding, selecting an alternative product or cancelling my order. Have given 2 stars in recognition that at least the flowers delivered were decent although not what I would have chosen.

The florist that was given to me had lovely flowers on website. I chose a large bouquet and asked for delivery before 1pm following day. I phoned florist that morning just to be told she had rejected the order as delivery was too far. You chose me an alternative florist who sent something completely different to what I ordered and told them to take it away. They delivered again the next day. A little better than day before but still nothing like what I ordered and not very big. Wouldn't use them again

I ordered same day flowers for my sister and her family. Not only are Catkin and Pussywillow her favourite florists but I knew what they delivered would be perfection. Absolutely gorgeous flowers my sister was so touched . The picture she sent was lovely Worth every penny x

Excellent service - I ordered late on a Friday just before Mothers Day and also during the dreaded Coronavirus - the delivery was made on Sunday morning and my mother waxed lyrical about the flowers. We presently live overseas so we rely on online methods such as these to deliver presents on our behalf so thank you for doing so and in such a timely and excellent manner especially under the circumstance.

Sent a family member a floral arrangement for their new home. I was sent a picture when they arrived; and although not exactly as I ordered, they surpassed the arrangement I saw on-line.
