Always reliable. Lovely seasonal arrangements for all occasions. I visited their florists in person, for a bespoke order. The staff understood my want for personality of the loved one, in my wreath. The prices are more than competitive. Woolston shop is my go to nowadays

What a lovely display! I bought it for my very best friends birthday, she was thrilled with them. I saw them 4 days later and they were still in bloom and the colours were still fresh and vibrant. What a lovely change to receive flowers in full bloom, rather than unopened, in bud and mostly green foliage that other florists are happy to deliver.

Highly recommend! Beautiful flowers. Absolutely thrilled. The flower selection is gorgeous with some seasonal favourites in there too. The florist has done a fabulous job. I asked for delivery as early as possible and they were delivered before 10am so my daughter was home to receive them. She was absolutely delighted with them. I went for the the size one up from standard so bigger than I usually order but it was well worth the extra expense for a special occasion.

I was so very pleased with just how efficient this site was with placing my order from France on the (sad) occasion of my mother's funeral in the UK. The site was comprehensive, very user friendly and plenty of options. The local florists were excellent and the floral composition I had chosen was exactly as in the photo! You made my Mum cry, for all the right reasons! I called my Mum to tell her she wouldn't get her Mothers day gift till Monday and was sorry! But the shop delivered on the Sunday and the flowers were stunning, so colourful and she was so emotional. My flower order was not delivered on the requested day which was a disappointment however I understand that when they arrived, the recipient was delighted with the beautiful arrangement. The 2 stars were given because the book before 2pm for same day delivery did not happen

I was so disappointed firstly when my order wasn't delivered on the day I sent the order in as it was my friends birthday and she had a bad day so I wanted to cheer her up. Secondly I was disappointed to see a photo of the flowers sent out as they were nothing like I ordered, I appreciate another florist had to deal with the request as the one I placed with could not meet the requested order. But to be honest I could've arranged exactly what my friend had received myself <br/> When you order from a florist you pay for that special touch and unfortunately this was not at all the case. I really do not like complaining but in this case I have to as it was extremely disappointing and I would appreciate some feedback please
