We have used this service three of four times a year to send flowers to family in the UK - always specifying the same florist - and they have been outstanding. I give only 1 star for the fact that the flowers and chocolate were left at the back of the house in the open and no effort made to contact the receiver. They were discovered on the 4.12. So if they were delivered as supposed to, on the 3rd, they were out over night. Luckily it wasn't raining, snowing or very hot. The least that could have been done if too lazy to go to the front door, is contacting the receiver. Same is expected if no one is at home. I did not provide the receivers contact for your database, but for you to contact should no-one be home.

As a member of direct 2florist I have found them very polite and helpful when calling with query I don’t always agree with the grades from customers when Had two that were answered by myself looking back my reply isn’t on their comments .If flowers are requested to be delivered the day before for a funeral the next day I think customers should be made aware once left it is no longer our responsibility other wise Direct 2florist is a great relay team

The flowers looked nothing like on the website. I would have never ordered the arrangement you delivered. You did not contact my friend to coordinate for delivery times as per my email. You just dropped the flowers at the front door.
