Website clear and easy to use but they called me on the morning of the delivery to tell me I’d placed my order too late (even though the website said it was ok) and they couldn’t honour my order after I’d already spoken to the actual florist who told me they were working on the flowers and that everything was on time. So generally not impressed by the follow up.

I ordered these in the late morning on Mother’s Day for my Nan. But as they was soo busy (understandable) they emailed me straight away to say they couldn’t be delivered that day and offered me a refund or to be delivered first thing the next day. Thankfully I chose to continue with the delivery! After seeing the pictures my Nan sent me they are genuinely the nicest bunch of flowers I’ve ever seen! AND I chose one of the cheaper options! She has since planted some of them and they are still growing. Thank you so much guys you made her day. Amazing flowers with even better value for money<br /><br />PS she said the delivery guy was very friendly also.

Set an order 20 minutes before cut off for same day delivery, they called me practically instantly to let me know they had to change some flowers around due to stock issues which was very good. Fantastic service, arrived very quickly and looked amazing. Thanks guys!
