Excellent service, I ordered online and received a phone call to say some of the flowers in the bouquet I???d selected were not in stock and asked if it was ok to put alternative flowers in. The woman I spoke to was lovely and said she would make the bouquet very beautiful. My sister has just received the flowers and she said it???s the nicest bouquet she has ever had. Quite disappointed really. I often order flowers online for delivery. I honestly thought for the cost of these that they would be a lot bigger than they are. Also they were delivered on Saturday afternoon and at least one of the roses is already going brown and curling and I noticed that yesterday (Monday) For these reasons I probably won???t be ordering for my elderly relative from your website again. I have a photo if you???d like to see it.

I was not able to see the flowers as I did not attend the funeral because I was out of the country. However I can say that the florist was very helpful communicating promptly when details were needed. I also found Lily very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend.
