Ordering was very easy online. Ordered roses in a vase for £40. I was very disappointed at the size of this. The vase was small as were the roses. Didn't think they were worth the money, however my daughter like it. This is the reason for 3 stars. Won't order again because of this.

Fabulous service from start to finish! Flowers ordered for a sick colleague. Communication from the beginning of the order to after delivery, was amazing. Ordered a bunch of flowers for a friend who had recently given birth.. A group of us put money in and we had a total of £50, i ordered a bunch that was set at £33 i changed this to £45 to allow for the £5 delivery cost and added extra notes. (mainly white flowers with a hint of pain blue... We got purple!) However the bunch recieved did not reflect the price paid, and did not fit the request. However they were delivered on time and in excellent condition.

I ordered flowers for my mum. They arrived in good time on the day specified. My sister thankfully sent me a photo of them, as they were received, allowing me tell from this photo that the size or height of the display was acceptable - not too small. I was unsure if the standard size would be enough, but was pleased it seemed a decent amount. (I have had poor results from some other suppliers where the actual size of flower arrangement is smaller than it looks on the website, which is disappointing).It would be helpful to know a height when ordering, although in the end my worries were unfounded. A great result.

The flowers and a box of chocolates were delivered the very next morning even with a late order the previous day, plus the potential disruptions due to Covid so I was impressed with that. The flowers were delivered a little late because of a misunderstanding of when they needed to be delivered but this was not an issue and florists were very apologetic and went out of their way to resolve this very quickly even sending an extra bunch of flowers!
