I called late in the afternoon for a last minute order which I’m so bad at..mentioned what sort of flowers n bouquet size I wanted. The lady was totally accommodating and happy to help. She even called back to say they didn’t have some of the flowers and would replace them with different ones at the same cost. I can’t recommend highly enough. I ordered flowers for a funeral (Occasions Flowers in Oldham). The flower arrangement was beautiful and the florist took extra care to contact the funeral director to make sure that they would be delivered the best time so that the arrangement was as fresh as possible. I received them 1 hour late and they were awful quality, and fell apart as soon as I put them on. I was really disappointed, as I was looking forward to wearing them on my special day, and they were not even the ones that I had ordered, as they had more red roses and the ones delivered had only one tiny red rose which you could hardly see ?. I always use Direct2Florist via my local florist. The flowers and arrangements are always beautiful, and the flowers last a long time. And of course that is the most important thing. The website is easy to use and there is a range of prices to suit your budget. It allows you to personalise your message card, and you can input any particular comments with regards to the delivery.The flowers are always delivered to the time/date requested, even with a short "window" and can be delivered next day with no problem. The shop delivered chocolates instead of the balloon I ordered but once I had spoken to the shop they quickly rectified the mistake and told me to keep the chocolates and they would deliver balloon later in the day which they did so I can't fault them it was a nice gesture. The floral display looked lovely, but I asked for only White and red flowers specifically. From the picture sent to me, some of the white flowers had a yellow centre which spoilt the White and Red theme. This is the reason of only four stars rather than five. Ordered funeral flowers for delivery in UK for family member. Unfortunately i never noticed I had put the wrong delivery month in by mistake. Luckily for me the staff managed to catch the issue and correct it. Thank-you so much for your help. They even sent me a photo of the wreath as i live in the USA. After the funeral i was told that everyone thought how amazing the circle wreath looked (vibrant colored flowers with some butterflies in arrangement) and how my aunty would have loved them :-)

The flowers when they arrived were lovely. We asked for an AM delivery but had to chase up at 5:45 when we got home from work. We were told there was a problem with van however this seemed to be a fob off. Bearing in mind that we had asked for an AM delivery and received any notification that there’re was a problem with the delivery. They then said it would be half hour and they would be delivered. We tried to chas up an hour later but no response on phone. The flowers finally arrived at friends at 6:50 - or impressed

I used this florist back in January and was very pleased. Bit disappointed today with my order. I appreciate you state when ordering that the flowers may not be exactly the same, but on web site it was shamrock chrysanthemum, but what was delivered was very small headed flowers and quite a bit of gyp to fill out. The original florist I wanted to use were unable to complete the order so Occasions Florist took it instead - the flowers I have paid for were to be a selection of all-reds, and looking at the photograph of what was delivered it is a lot more green than red (hence not a 5 star rating) - however, delivered efficiently and the receiver of the gift was still very happy, so a great service!

Ordered flowers from Texas, USA for my Aunty and Uncle's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Was apprehension at first, about using on line web site to order flowers. I shouldn't have been. As, I had a phone call off family from UK with 2 minutes of flowers being delivered, to say how big and beautiful the bouquet was. After the funeral my family called to say the flowers were gorgeous, they were delivered as per the instructions for the funeral.
