Although Jacaranda had to replace the flowers I originally ordered online because of stock issues, they emailed me to let me know. They then took on board the colour preferences I indicated in my reply and created a truly beautiful wreath which was just perfect. I was very pleased with their service and creativity.

Great service recently when I ordered some flowers to be delivered for my mother-in-law's 85th birthday. She was unfortunately not in when the delivery man arrived as she had popped to the shops but the flowers were safely left with her nextdoor neighbour. The delivery man made every effort to ensure she was not in and called to advise me where the flowers had been left. My mother-in-law was thrilled with the flowers and they really made her day! Would definitely use Direct2florist again in the future.

the flowers were nice and the recipient liked them, however i could have gone to another florist for the same price where i know i would have recieved exactly what i wanted for the special occasion. box wrong colour and greenery/flowers looked different to pics/described.
