Excellent customer service, the florist rang me to see if I wanted an alternative as certain shades were not available . I sent you an email on 24/6/2024 about the problem I had but did not get a response from you at all. I have no complaints about the florist of whom delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and called me re message that I couldn’t add. Not florist fault but your order site. This was what I sent to you: “ I’m sorry your login sucks! Repeatedly I’ve tried to set password etc. At least 5 times and it keeps going back to the same page of setting password. I’ve lost the will to live trying. I’ve also ordered online just now and I cannot checked out twice after typing in special request and messages. I tried without message and it worked. But I didn’t want to order if I cannot send message. I tried a 3rd time and it took, but the email confirmation showed that I did not have special request and messages! I’ve come to the conclusion that you cannot checkout with a message request and your online order site is corrupted! I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed as I want a message sent!!!” Order #3007938

I used this service to order two beautiful sets of flowers on one day, for a friend in Manchester and for a relative in Welshpool. Both sets of flowers were delivered that same day, and I was able to be contacted by the local suppliers in each area to make sure the delivery happened. It was an excellent, straightforward process and will definitely use it again. First time using this florist and was very impressed by speed of delivery. The only issue I had was that the plant basket delivered didn't look anything like the photo online. I realize this will always be the case, but I was expecting at least one flowering plant and to be honest I'm not really sure what was in there. It might be nice to receive a confirmation of what plants they will be choosing. Luckily the recipients were please with the basket and that is the main thing.

Ordered flowers for an early morning funeral that I wasn't able to attend so unfortunately didn't get to see the actual arrangement however there were no problems with delivery and the choice and price of the flowers/posie was better than some of the bigger florists/flower delivery services that I have used in the past.
