I ordered some flowers for my friend’s mum, but just prior to delivery she was taken into hospital. Hayes florist were so accommodating and put the order on hold until she was back home. That is extra special service!

After looking online for MUM funeral tributes I was quite disappointed with other florists as I really didn't like the colour of the flowers used and there was no option to change the colour and also they were extremely expensive. I came across Hayes Florist and they had the MUM tribute there that I had visualised in my mind. I had to pay a couple of pounds more for delivery as I was say 3 miles out of the area but I wasn't bothered about that. The flowers I ordered were exceptional and the roses that were along the bottom of the tribute were gorgeous. Also they were delivered in plenty of time. Thank You Hayes, they were exactly what I wanted for Mum xx

First time I've used Direct2florist... I've always used my local florist.. who I used to call then collect or they delivered free for me... they have their own website.. They now utilise Interflora and they want SEVEN pounds delivery !!! they're 5 minutes walk from my house.! Hence the reason I changed and used Direct2florist who I found online... a small delivery/service charge was made but well worth it .. Hayes the Florist I ordered from, and was extremely happy with the sevice and the fantastic basket of flowers I bought and received for my wife on our anniversary. That was a week ago and the flowers still look as though they were delivered today.. Will definitely use Direct2florist again... Thank you

Two star are given for this service. I had made a particular request for a candle to be placed in the flower table arrangement for the Christmas table. This request was made in memory of our loved one who has recently passed away. The candle was going to be lit during the family Christmas meal. Feeling let down and disappointed.

My grateful thanks to Hayes. I ordered a funeral cross and wreath for my late wife by internet. They are beautiful. I couldn't imagine a better quality. There is still a fragrance. not impressed with the state of the flowers after they had been delivered. They were to celebrate a loved ones birthday. After removing the outer paper we discovered that one of the flowers was broken at the stem. Considering the nature of flowers and their frailty I would have expected that a little more care would have been used when creating this display.
