Fantastic service. I picked the surprise bouquet and requested a yellow theme. Not disappointed! Mum very happy with them and despite covid they were delivered on time, with more flowers than I expected for the price and beautifully fresh. Will def use them again. Would have been 5 stars as my choice of bouquet was supposed to come in a jug, but the one that arrived was a normal hand tie.<br />I was told the original florist couldn't fulfil the order and that another one would do it instead, so maybe they didn't have any jugs?!

Sent a Christmas arrangement to our brother and sister in law. Have always had excellent service from Direct2Florists in another part of the country, have used them many times. I thought using another florist with Direct2Florists would guarantee the same excellent service and beautiful flowers. I was not disappointed in the least. An absolutely beautiful arrangement was delivered to the delight of the recipients. Many thanks, I will be using this florist again when I want to send flowers.
