Website very easy to navigate. I have used them twice, once for a delivery in Norfolk and the other in Bolton and both recipients were extremely happy with the flowers. Great service- I ordered from Australia for delivery in the UK. You get to choose a Florist in the area of delivery, view all their floral displays with prices in your currency so you know what you're ordering and how much it's going to cost you. The florist I chose arrived on time and the bouquet was exactly as it was pictured on the website. Very happy will use this again.

I found the service that they gave exceptional I live in Australia and ordered on-line I requested blue flowers and the shop didn't have so they went out of their way to purchase some so I could have in my order mother brown was over the moon with her flowers and chocolates and very impressed with the service from flower design and their delivery man also ...so made for a very happy mother brown on her special 65TH so hence I was more than happy thank you to all at flower design
