Issue with the delivery date due to small print with free delivery. First lot of flowers received were awful Gave feedback and a replacement bunch were delivered which were still not up to standard and nothing like the picture I ordered, and again arrived after the date agreed. Would not recommend this company and will not use again.

My dad ordered a bouquet of flowers the Wild Autumn the deluxe version for their anniversary, when they came my mum loved them they were beautiful. The bouquet was huge with flowers that looked fresh and they were arranged beautifully can not express how thankful my dad was when they were delivered. The photos on website do not due them justice.

The service was good and delivery fast but the flowers didn't make it past the third day, which for £50 is quite unsatisfying. By the third day there was a very strong, almost fishy smell and several rotten stems so pretty disappointing, I wouldnt use this option again.

Received my flowers within a few hours of ordering them. At the moment I am walking using a frame and so it took me longer to get to the door, however the delivery driver was very patient and placed the flowers inside my house. the card with writing on was hand written and to be honest I would have preferred the print instead. The message was missing a word aswell which was quite dissapointingand,and some of the flower ends fell off before growing. my mum still loves the flowers and didnt notice the one missing word luckily. I wanted to leave a good impression but I delt it was a little lack lustre.
