Poor quality flowers, very few stems in the actual bunch. When I raised a complaint the team were very slow to respond. Not happy at all.

The flowers were ordered last minute and were not available from the florist I'd selected. Happily a substitute was found and they were delivered on time. The arrangement was smaller than expected, but the flowers were lovely and came in a vase. Would use Direct2florist again.

It was my first time using this service and I will definitely be using them again- The flowers came brilliantly packaged, as advertised in picture. It was delivered during the day, and we were home to take the delivery- Mother in law was super surprised. The flowers came complete with a card, flowers, bag with handles and even flower food! The message was hand written too- The price was also reasonable as far as flowers go. The flowers came through on time considering I made the order pretty much the night before!! Well done!!! I really couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you!
