I used Van Arthur Florists to deliver flowers to my friend for her birthday. My friend sent me a picture of them. Oh. My. Gosh! The best made bouquet I have ever seen as also said by my friend. Wonderful, beautiful and classy! If I could add the picture for this review I would. I would definitely use this florist again. What a gem of a place! 100% recommend.

It came pretty late into the evening despite having ordered the flowers in the morning. Aside from this, the flowers for the birthday girl were beautiful! Also, the delivery man was very helpful and patient with me whilst I figured out what to do about the flowers as the recipient was not at home! Once she received them, she was delighted! Thank you.

Fairly quick and easy to manouvre the ordering. First order delivered right on time so thank you. Second order had a small hiccup in not being able to choose an earlier delivery date for some reason but finalised anyway so all good in the end. Much more economical prices than interflora.

Van Arthur Flowers were very professional. I could not leave the receiver???s phone number as she has recently moved to the UK and asking for it ahead of an important day would have ruined the surprise. They called me the day before to confirm if I could provide it, then I called them in the morning of the delivery day and they confirmed the time of delivery for me. It was a very smooth and professional experience. I ordered the orchid and it looked so lovely, the receiver was very happy. Definitely recommend their service and will order through them again.

This was my first time using Direct 2 Florist. I found the online floral selection to be somewhat limited although I was able to source a product that was satisfactory and met my requirements. The product I chose was delivered in good time as requested and the recipient was notified by telephone call as they were not in at the time the delivery was attempted. I would both use Direct 2 Florists again and recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient, reliable easy to use flower delivery service.

They did everything and more to fulfil the order on an important day - although the orde strictly due to the time it was placed should have been the next day. The blooms were lovely and appreciated. Some substations had to be made. All in all a good compromise.
