This is my second time ordering from Yazs, and both times have been perfect. Time was great, came around lunchtime, and the flowers were exactly like the pictures. Fresh with none withering. Would highly recommend this shop!

I've discovered an unexplained charge on my AmEx statement from the online florist. While the order total matches the invoice, there's no explanation for the additional amount withdrawn from my account. Despite giving them two working days to respond, it appears they're either incapable or unwilling to offer an explanation. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable.

Absolutely incredible service. Yaz went over and beyond to accommodate my request and even suggested making changes to the order in order to preserve the flowers in hot weather. Flowers were delivered in perfect condition with a lovely smile as an added bonus. Will be ordering again.

The flowers were not as fresh as expected and only lasted 2 days. The roses didn’t even bloom, just wilted and died. Not what I was expecting for the price I paid. So altogether a very disappointing bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day !

Such amazing service! The order was placed late on a Monday for delivery Tuesday. Requested no Lily???s and the Florist replied the same night which I really didn???t expect as it was out of trading hours. Flowers delivered the next day and the recipients said they are so beautiful!! I???ll definitely use this florist again and would highly recommend them for anyone within the East London area. First time I used this company. Excellent service. Flowers exactly as ordered and delivered on time My aunt was thrilled with them and delivery lady took a photo of her receiving her flowers and later sent my aunt the picture, which she was over the moon with. Such a personal touch. Will definitely use them again. Much better service and nicer arrangements than Interflora
