The biggest concern with ordering funeral flowers when you cant be there is 'I hope something turns up there in time'. My cousin posted photos of all the floral tributes so I not only knew my order got there but what it looked like, and it did look lovely. I wasn't quite expecting the pink flowers, more purple and white (from the picture) but it looked very full and substantial. Very happy

I ordered at 11 and it was delivered by 3.30 and they were the most beautiful florists choice. They were for a 65th anniversary and both recipients had had a difficult 6 months with illness. Since the flowers were delivered I've had 3 phone calls in 5 days saying they're amazing the colours are gorgeous and the perfume beautiful!

the service was great however what was sent out was unknown! There wasnt any picture provided of what was sent so it could have been anything! That I wasnt impressed with but as for quickness they were great. Price wise I think they were pretty good however I am not in the UK so its hard to judge that against other florists.

the order was taken and very efficiently delivered however it would have been nice to actually get a pic of what was sent. Just being able to view what was delivered goes a long way especially given the fact that it was done internationally from West Australia. The service for getting the flowers was great and I recommend it but just the view of the flowers may be something that should be considered. thanks Penny

Flowers weren’t very fresh. I was very disappointed when I received the picture from the person for whom it was intended. When you send flowers to somebody you always hope they will be fresh because it’s a present and you want it to look like a nice one. Unfortunately wasn’t the case this time. My friend appreciated the gesture but for me it was an embarrassing experience.

I can honestly say that the roses and lilies hand tied bouquet that you delivered to my Mum today were the best flowers that I have seen, they are absolutely gorgeous. I cannot rate you highly enough, I will absolutely not go to another florist now that I have bought flowers from The Flower Shop, Enfield. On what must have been one of the busiest days for a florist, I had placed my order and the florist took the trouble to telephone me to double check the date that I wanted the flowers delivered and thank goodness as I had put the incorrect date and the flowers would have been late. Flowers and arrangement 100%, delivery time fantastic and service well above anywhere else I have ordered from. Thank you so much.

Excellent service! The flowers were lovely - and I was sent a photo so I could see what my daughter had received. Very quick - I ordered them at 11pm and they were delivered by 9.00 am the next morning. My daughter is extremely vulnerable and lives in a top floor flat. Deliveries from other florists had not got through - but Direct2florist phoned her and waited until someone had come downstairs to collect the flowers. Would definitely use this company again.
