The service from Bouquet Shop was excellent. They persevered in getting the flowers delivered despite difficulties getting a reply at the property and were really helpful and patient in allowing me to try and establish when someone would be in. The flowers when delivered were beautiful. Will definitely use this florist again.

I have used this service before but first time seen a pic of the delivery, they look beautiful. More colourful than shown on site. For my daughter, (haven't heard from her yet), I'm sure she will love them. Great site, good variety, good prices and always delivered on time.

Although booked laste in the day, I was given the option of delivery withing the following two hour window, however delivery was not until 24 hours later. Perhaps a cut-off time should be imposed so that expectations are reasonable.

I was delighted with both the service and the flowers which were beautiful . The florist rang me personally to say that there was some difficulty in getting the exact greenery for the arrangement that I had chosen. which would be be available the following day.However when I explained that it was important to have them arrive on that day as my daughter had just lost a much loved pet she instantly understood and was happy to adapt the flowers producing a beautiful arrangement My daughter was delighted both with the flowers and also with the lady who delivered them who she said had a smile that made her instantly feel better!

I had been worried about the flowers being delivered in time, as I did it online and didn't speak to florists directly, it was for a funeral, so I just put a note in the comments that they needed to be there before 12.30 I arrived early and walked over to the designated spot for flowers, and they had been placed nicely. I had ordered a wicker basket, with yellow flowers, and the quality of the blooms was really good. Very pleased I would definitely recommend Lisa's florist

The item was delivered at the selected date and a morning delivery. The item ordered is one of the best presentation of a posy arrangement I have ordered so far and I have ordered quite a few since last year. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the delivery date instruction was not followed and the flowers (for a birthday) were delivered on the wrong day, which caused disappointment. I appreciate that the shop is very busy, which is good to hear, but I hope that more attention is paid to to the online instructions next time. Otherwise, good service, thank you!

I’ve used the service several times now, to send flowers (and even a teddy for her newborn) to my daughter in London. The flowers have always been fresh and beautiful: good value for money too. The flowers were even more beautiful than the picture! Came wonderfully packaged and have been delivered with great care, you can tell the florists really pay attention to details :) The card was neatly handwritten on, even though i wrote the message in a different language it was still spelled perfectly, and i really appreciate that they bothered at all :) Great flowers and great service, would definitely recommend, Wiktoria Z.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to funeral directors as due the restrictions could not attend funeral. They arrived exactly on time and the communication was brilliant. My lovely sister-in-law has just had a major op in COVID ridden UK and I'm in Austrialia. This is a swift and efficient means to get flowers delivered promptly when requested. The company went above and beyond, calling me to tell me there was nobody home, and to tell me where they had left the flowers, leaving them with a neighbour, leaving a card through the door and also informing her of their actions by phone. Flowers ordered on a Sunday, for delivery to a London address on Monday. Flowers were lovely, fresh and bright and arrived in good time. The chosen florist could not fill the order, so Direct2Florist automatically allocated the order to another florist and notified me to this effect. Autumn flowers were delivered. I had ordered a summer selection, and autumn flowers were delivered, but as it is November, I was very happy with this! The flowers were lovely.

I was told the flowers were 'nice' - difficult to quiz people on a gift, but I was expecting 'beautiful' or 'really lovely'. Nice is a compliment for a biscuit, not flowers.
