The order was delivered to a neighbour for my daughters birthday who didn't get it until next day as they were not in. Then the flowers and chocolates were NOT the ones I ordered.Not at all nice. It's totally awful spending over £60. Calling this company was subjected to negative response blaming the florist who I've emailed without a response. Terrible experience. No apology no token or refund to make it right. As a consumer you should receive what you ordered. Waiting for reply from both emails. I shall go to consumer association and take this further. They ruined my daughters day and this is not acceptable. Terrible treatment to a customer.

The birthday flowers were delivered a day late but I was not even kept updated. I only knew that they were late when I received confirmation that they have been delivered. Really not good enough

The flower arrangement was delightful and the recipient was very pleased with it. When I was tracking the progress of the order on the link provided, there was a problem with the system updating itself i.e. it showed that the order was still with the florist when it actual fact it was on its way and had subsequently arrived. I'd have given 5 stars but for that issue.

I know it was busy time as my order was two days before valentine day, I gave order first time and it was for funeral, I was scared that I will not get flowers on time then I called and they said it is in van and will get on the day of asked, but they delivered around 9pm and said sorry, I can understand due to busy period, but flowers were so nice and I got on the day I requested, I will use this company for my future occasions. It was my sisters 60th birthday and because I wanted everything to be perfect I ordered flowers and chocolates the flowers cam and they looked lovely but no chocolates I emailed the company said they would look into it 2 days later no reply so I asked for a refund my I was very disappointed that they couldn’t manage to send the chocolates as well will not be using this again

Nice bunch of flowers, delivered the next day but I went for Florists choice for Valentines day and the selection didn't suit the occasion. Yellow and green would be better for summer maybe.
