The flowers which were sent were absolutely magnificent and absolutely on time, thank you so much. They were exactly what I wanted beautifully colourful and vibrant. I needed to congratulate my daughter who is in London, whilst I am in Shropshire. Looked on line and Direct2florist showed reasonably priced flowers and same day delivery if ordered before 2pm. The website was simple to use. My daughter received her flowers later that same day, and was overjoyed to receive them. She sent me an image of the flowers and they were beautiful.

My flowers were 3 days late the only lasted 1 day before they wilted I contacted your website and asked for a rebate and have been completley ignored, I have used your service quite a number of times but will be reluctant to do so again I am very dissapointed and so is my partner.

I ordered flowers on Saturday the 28 10 23 your website stated they would be delivered that day and you emailed me that they were on a delivery van they did not arrive, you emailed me that my flowers would arrive on the 29 10 23 they did noy arrive, they were eventually delivered on the 30 10 23 mid afternoon I am extremly dissapointed and would ask for a complete refund.

I sent flowers from the US to London easily. I was able to shop in US dollars. Other floral shippers used whatever currency was relevant to the destination on their websites, so this helped to influence my decision to use Direct2Florist. It was just easier for me. There was an issue with the local florist's system, which caused my delivery to be a day late. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. However, that florist refunded a portion of the cost, which I felt was the right thing to do. I would use Direct2Florist again and I feel that I can recommend them.
