I was not thrilled with the choice of flowers chosen for the bouquet I sent my friend for her birthday. The florist adhered to the color scheme I chose on-line, but included hydrangea…which I love, but don’t last long in a vase. The bouquet was pretty, but not what I wd have chosen. Difficult to do internationally!

I ordered a bouquet from one of the florists who delivered flowers for me before, but they were not available to complete the order. Webteam was fast and efficient to arrange a bouquet with an alternative florist and to expedite the delivery date. Fully satisfied with their work and with the florist who made this beautiful bouquet! The recipient was also pleasantly surprised and happy.

The bouquet was absolutely beautiful, and the customer service very good too. The only reason I am not checking "excellent" is that the flowers didn't arrive in time (for my daughter's birthday) because the delivery person had the wrong phone number for me and got stuck at the gates... fair enough, it happens, but the shop had the right number, so where was the internal communication? Bit odd. But they reacted promptly to my (slightly miffed) message and apologised profusely. And again, the bouquet was gorgeous.

The bouquet was absolutely too small for the price paid. I regularly send flowers and was not happy whatsoever with what was received. It is embarrassing to say the least when the recipient receives a bouquet that should have been larger.
