I wasn't sure if my order had arrived safely and in time. I sent an email to flowers direct around 8pm and got a reply first thing next morning telling me the exact time they were delivered

Poop ! the flowers on the website and the ones you get are like 30£ difference cheaper they don’t actually have nice flowers and the lady who offered the refund herself- it was her idea to refund me it’s been 2 weeks and she’s hiding don’t buy flowers here . It’s a hustle
