The flowers were not delivered until the evening so I started chasing the bouquet. The florist did not answer the phone and the webteam were closed for the day. The flowers were beautiful but not quite what I expected for the price.

This was a last minute order just before Valentine’s Day. Therefore, experience was good. Flowers were nice, not exactly like in a picture advertised though. Delivered on time, received email confirmation once delivered. It’s been a week now and flowers are still in the vase looking as good as before. Won’t hesitate ordering from you again x

Only the teddybear and not the actual bouquet of flowers was delivered. When I called to enquire what had happened, I felt pressured to have the delivery arranged for another day, even though the occasion that I had ordered the flowers for had passed. Only after putting my foot down was a refund made to me. Obviously not delivering the bouquet is a human error and that can happen, but the customer service afterwards could have been a lot better.

I had a very good experience using the internet to find direct2florist.co.uk. My daughter lives in London and I live in the US and I wanted to send flowers for a Masters Degree Graduation Ceremony that was to be held the next day in London. Obviously, I waited too long and delivery became a problem. direct2florist.co.uk was the only site that would deliver the next day ( It was 11PM on 19/07/22 in the US but already 20/07/22 in the UK & day of delivery ). I placed my order with hopes that I chose the correct florist for the delivery; there were several choices and I was uncertain about zip codes. I awoke early to an email from direct2florist.com stating that my order was rejected from the actual florist that I had chosen but that they had it re-routed and the order would be delivered same day! What a tremendous relief to me and my daughter absolutely LOVED the beautiful sunflowers & assorted flowers received. I cannot say enough good things about direct2florist.com and their professionalism!

I live in the USA and wanted to send flowers to my daughter who lives in London. Unfortunately, I thought about it late last evening and wanted them delivered today; not necessarily easy to arrange. I placed an order at 11:00 PM-Tues, 7/19/22, New York time or 4:00AM London time-7/20/22. I awoke early to an email stating that it was being worked on and would be delivered today, 7/20/22. At 5:00 PM London time a beautiful, fresh arrangement of sunflowers was delivered to her home! I am so pleased with the service, follow-up and lovely flowers that she received. I can truly say that Flower Station deserves the highest rating for exceptional customer care. I wish you continued success in your business. Thank you!

It was easy to place an order with Direct2florist.There was a good choice but the most important thing was that the recipient highly related the choice and arrangement of the flowers. She is a very discriminating person and has experience of florists all over the world. If she was happy the selection must have been good. Oh! And the delivery was made promptly and on time as well. I think that you can trust Direct2florist. I do.

Hi there. the flowers were gorgeous, my sis loved them. 5 stars for that. Thank you Only disappointment, they weren't delivered until 5 pm. So when I called from Philadelphia at 4 pm (London time) they had not arrived. I was told that 1st choice of florist couldn't make it so you arranged for another florist. I called from USA at 4 pm to inquire and of course she said "No, nothing has been delivered." I was crushed. But all's well that ends well. Next time I will specify earlier time. Twice used Direct2florist to send flowers to my daughters birthdays abd both times extremely satisfied with the service. The first time the chosen florist could nnot meet the delivery for whatever reason, but I was contacted, they explained the situation, got another florist and my delivery was done, on the date and on time. Need I say that the flowers were gorgeous. I will not be looking for anyone else in future because sending a floral gift from South Africa to the UK is number one, not easy and two, very expensive. Direct2florist is really affordable.
