Absolutely delighted. The flowers were stunning and the service was outstanding. Through my own fault Debbie's had tried several times to deliver the flowers when no-one was home...they came back several times and were so pleasant on the phone when we got sorted. Flowers were beautiful and delivered as per the request. The florist was also really great and helped a lot with the communication. One thing to mention, the system has a small flaw, the florist did not receive the name of the recipient and phone number ( as it was redirected from another florist ), but they had contacted me for that information.

The flowers were for our daughters’ birthday and she loved them! They arrived on the day requested and were just as we had expected. <br />As we are in Australia and she is in London, it can be a lottery as you are never sure what you will get. However, I can happily recommend Debbie Western Flowers to provide beautiful flowers on the day requested, and would definitely use them again.
