If we could we would give them 100 stars, 5 is definetely not enough to rate them. We used this florist couple of times and each time in a sensitive situation with a special request. They went beyond and above to customise order and delivery. We ordered online and followed up with the phone call later about the special request. They already processed the orders and were following up on the delivery, understood everything perfectly and did everything they could to help us. The flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful. Thank you to all at Crimson Rose!!! We will surely use you again and recommend you to others.

Flowers were delivered very promptly and no issues finding address (which some delivery companies struggle with). Have only seen photo that sister sent me but flowers look of good quality, lovely colours and plenty in bud so hoping bouquet will look fuller as looks a little on the light side currently.

I also called the florist direct this morning to ask if they could deliver them earlier than i had requested and they went above and beyond to help me and the flowers were delivered within 2 hours of me speaking to them. I was not able to attend the funeral but I was sent a picture of the crown and I found it quite beautiful. The only criticism that was aired (by someone who attended) was that the flowers had quite subdued colours compared to other flower offerings from other sources (and yet, it wasn't just white and pale flowers). Of course, others were bright red, or more vivid colours, but personally, I would have said, on its own, it stood out by its beauty and creativity. So thank you, Crimson Rose. I, as the purchaser, was satisfied and would give you my custom again.

Absoulutely amazing service, I ordered the flowers and it arrived swiftly within about an hour and a half after ordering. Superb service, a very lovely lady who was at the shop, went out of her way to confirm everything with me through the phone and was so pleasant and warming. Flowers arrived beautifully! Looks exactly as described and pictured, looks even better if I must admit! So full and a perfect blend of flowers. High quality! I now know where to order my flowers! Amazing, can't express it enough!
