on Dec 23rd I ordered flowers to be delivered to a UK. friend with the message Happy 50th birthday T*****. I did not specify a delivery date as it was Christmas, to my delight I got an email on the 24th saying flowers delivered. However as I hadnt heard from T by 26th I rang her and was told she never got the flowers. We both made numerous attempts from the 27th to contact the florist with no success, an email didnt get an answer, eventually I emailed the main office of Direct2florist, they contacted the local florist and yesterday the flowers turned up with no card or birthday wishes and no apology for all the hassle. I think both florist and head office let us down and just didnt care about their customer,. Never again!!!

The person who received the flowers seemed very happy and commented on how nice they were and what nice scent they left in her home. However, when I placed the order I chose a basket option, and as far as I???m concerned I don???t think the person ever received a basket based on the photos I???ve seen. I requested same day delivery and order shortly before 14:00, so I???m pleased the delivered as promised.

Oh my goodness! When other plans for my daughter's birthday fell through, I ordered same-day delivery of a bouquet, at 7:00 am London time, hoping for the best despite warnings that supplies were limited and delivery could not be guaranteed. And only 10 hours later I get an email from the driver with 2 photos of the flowers, which look gorgeous. "Delivery completed." Wonderful! Thank you so much!

Really great service from Anastasia! I loved that I got sent pictures of the flowers as you very rarely get to see what you send people. It was great that there was an email service set up to let you know that they had been delivered as well so that I knew they had arrived safely. I'm from Orlando and ordered flowers in London. I rarely do reviews but they deserve this! They made the flowers absolutely beautiful for her and she loved it. They delivered it on time and have great customer service. There were 80 mph winds that day and they still managed to get there in time. I would recommend this florist to anyone!
