The flowers were easy to order , they were exactly what I ordered and looked as online, they reached in ample time as promised, the next day . The only thing that has stopped me from giving five stars in this review is the writing on the card , I had written a short poem within the number of characters allowed , and when I saw the photo of the flowers the handwriting and format let me down . It was a continuous paragraph not the way I wrote it which I would have preferred perhaps printed , this is a small criticism which would in my opinion add a very professional touch .

i was so happy to see they do same day delivery. excellent service. someone called me later on the day to check if the flowers got delivered as i chased up ok it in the morning. service was excellent. reason why i gave 4* is because i spent about ??40 all together and the bundle was small. so maybe next time il keep that in mind when i order.

I am aboustly appalled with the bunch I received for my sister I asked for the tea time flower bouquet that was displayed on the site what I received was nothing like that the water itself was dirty and my sister was not impressed I spent that much on the bouquet. I replied via the email but did not receive a respond so I am not happy at all

Ordered garden flowers NOT ROSES but is seems I always get the valentines roses left offs from florist which isn't good.My sister's BD is the 15th I have yet to get something besides roses delivered to her Hate roses so hopefully this will get rectified .

Thank you so much it made my mum very happy on her birthday to receive such a beautiful bouquet of flowers, the only problem was they were delivered the night before her birthday and not on the morning of her birthday as per my instructions.
