Ordered funeral flowers in the evening and were delivered by my stated time of 1300 folllowing day. I received an email stating delivered with a picture of the item and was beautiful , just what I ordered. I didn???t attend myself but my family member did and they said they were absolutely lovely. Excellent service, they showed me a picture of the finished wreath as we couldnt attend. They arranged it just as the picture bright and cheerful with oranges and yellows. The family commented on how cheerful it was celebrating her life. We were worried about using a florist unknown to us but we didnt need to worry. The service and end result was lovely. Would highly recommend

Nice and early delivery, flowers looked lovely, Thought we???re in box type bag but as delivery was a gift I didn???t ask daughter if it came in gift carry bag as in picture. She was pleased anyway but in photo she sent me she had put them in a vase? Nice colours. Overall am pleased. Thought admin charge was expensive and unnecessary, although said no delivery charge, the fees Instead! made it Expensive!!

The roses in the funeral spray looked tired and as though they had been open for a while. The message label was missing, I understand this could have happened at any time following delivery to the funeral director, however I feel if can’t have been too secure in the first place. <br />The arrangement did match the photo on web site.
