Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Without being told, the florist noticed that the bouquets and balloon were for a milestone birthday and attached a balloon with the appropriate number on it. Great attention to detail ! We were all pleased with Allium and will use again.

Beautiful bouquet received and in a timely manner. However, I was not informed that they had been delivered until almost 24hours later, they were supposed to be a surprise but the recipient was called as the driver could not find the address (why wasn’t the sender contacted?) and the description was ‘Through the Rainbow’ implying it would have lots of different colours but was made up of pinks and green. Like I said, they were lovely with a good selection but the above let it down.

Order was delivered very promptly at an extremely busy time of year being Christmas, and although the container was substituted it was a beautiful arrangement - recipient said it was honestly one of the nicest floral arrangements she had ever received! My first experience with this service for a trans Atlantic flower delivery was excellent. I was pleased with the local florist's interpretation of the selected arrangement, and more importantly, my girlfriend was equally happy! Although the flowers and the basket were not as shown in the pictures they were still of excellent quality, although I would have preferred the basket in the picture, and on the more modern bouquet, I specifically chose this because of the flowers and nobody contacted me to say that the bird of paradise flower, which was the reason for my selection, was not available. It would have been nice to have the option to select different items if the items I had chosen were not available.

Although the company delivered flowers on time they were not as ordered,I had ordered specific flowers for a specific reason,I left a message on their facebook site as they have no email contact and as yet they have not replied,I have used this company many times and before this have always been good. Allium are my local florists and are always reliable, but this is the first time (I think) that I have gone through Direct2Florist to use them. The flowers were of good quality, well arranged, and the gift card was exactly as I'd specified. I would have no hesitation in using the online ordering service again.

A cellophane wrapped bouquet was delivered which bore no resemblance whatsoever to the boxed pink bouquet I had ordered- even the flowers were differ blooms. Rang up this florist - they were a gift for my mother in law - was told they would ring me back , instead they rang her and are sending her some more flowers next week(???!!) . Not happy at all.

SUPER DELIGHTED!!!! Allium are beyond excellent. When i was in the UK visiting my mum post surgery, I went in to say hello and thanks to them. Their service is absolutely wonderful! I asked for the flowers to be delivered before Mum went out the next day and they got them there with time to spare. I knew it was a big ask but they did it. The flowers were ordered for my mums 80th birthday, and very last minuet as the bad weather caused her birthday celebrations to be postponed. When she called to say they had been delivered she was thrilled with then she was amazed that we had been able to get them delivered at such sort notice she said they were the nicest flowers she had ever had delivered, I would defiantly use this first again.
