It was everything in a bouquet, that I could have wanted, to bring a little light to my loved ones, weekend. Fresh flowers, beautiful choice of colours, curated by the florist. Great quality customer service, delivering on time. Thank you Bowbells.

On a freezing and bitterly cold day, what more and better service could I have asked for, to brighten and lift the mood of my daughter???s birthday. The florist choice, of a beautifully curated bouquet of fresh and specially selected flowers, delivered early AM, as requested. ???They are beautiful, Mum.??? The recipient words. A beautifully, curated floral display, made up of fresh colourful and well chosen blooms, which in turn, conveyed my words and message to the recipient. Additionally, I also received a telephone call prior to delivery so as to ensure that the recipient would be at home to actually receive them - it had being raining heavily- this was very much appreciated. I could not have asked for more. Beautiful floral choice, in line with my request, reliable same day delivery service, and fantastic ‘customer care’ combined with, value for money. Rose was a big hit with my partner, there was a little issue with my message not filtering through to the confirmation page so it didn't have a message further than "X" on the card but contacting the shop, they offered a resend which was kind of them but I declined. Message aside, the purchase was excellent. I actually hadn't realised there was a florist closeby that did same day delivery, so very pleased. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic service from Bowbells. I realised on the day the bouquet was being sent that my step mum was being whisked away for the weekend - a surprise 70th birthday treat. She would not be there to take delivery. The bouquet had already been made up but the lady I spoke to said she would delay delivery until Monday and if there were any tired looking flowers she would either replace them or make up a new bouquet. My step-mum was delighted with the flowers - which looked even better than the website photo. Will definitely use this florist again. Thanks so much Jude

I haven't seen the flowers and teddy bear but my husband was very happy when he received them at work. I called them earlier in the day just to check if they had gone out for delivery yet and the lady I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again!

Thank you to Bow Bells Gloucester for the wonderful flowers delivered to my Aunt today for her 84th birthday. Although I live nearly 300 miles away, normally I would travel to visit her for her birthday but as it was impossible due to the situation this year, which meant she would be on her own, these flowers were all the more important to let her know I was thinking of her and sending love. Thank you again for excellent service, beautiful flowers and making a real difference to someone.
