I initially used this florist because I found an excellent selection of bouquets on the website. The flowers I ordered were absolutely stunning and very reasonably priced. Julie was most accommodating when I requested a particular hand tied bouquet as I needed to transport it across country, so she provided it in a box. This was ideal as it sat in the car perfectly and didn’t get crushed or damaged. The recipient was over the moon. It’s not the first time that I’ve used this florist and certainly won’t be the last.

I initially used this company because I found an excellent selection of flower arrangements on the website at very good prices. The flowers I ordered were absolutely stunning. I ordered some flowers online for an elderly friend’s birthday and she was delighted with them when they arrived. So much so that she rang me immediately to tell me how beautiful they were. I ordered the ‘Wild Meadow’ arrangement. The picture on the website showed darker and richer colours, however the one that arrived was much more pastel and less varied in colour. I understand that the examples can’t be replicated exactly but had I ordered it for myself, I would have been disappointed at the colour difference because it doesn’t give the same feeling as the one in the photograph. Nevertheless it was a beautiful arrangement with a great mix of flowers and as the recipient was unaware of what was ordered she was over the moon. In fact, if I was unaware of what was ordered I too would have been delighted, it is the best arrangement that I’ve ever ordered online or in store. I would definitely use this seller again but maybe add a note in future if I can’t get to the shop in person. If you wish to compare, you can find the original photograph on the website because I don’t think that I’m allowed to post it here. The attached photo is what actually arrived and I’m afraid doesn’t really do it justice, it was much prettier in real life.

Super service. I found out to late that person to receive the flowers was not home for a few days. Flower shop retrieved the flowers and delivered new ones a couple of days later. Only had to pay a small fee for delivery twice no extra charge for the new flowers. I was told the flowers were lovely.
