Ordering was easy, although the picture was 'for illustration purposes only' it was a bit like seeing a picture of a Big Mac only to open the box of reality to find only a very vague resemblance.... this I could forgive but the roses being dead before I got home for my wife to show me them some 3 days later was the real kicker. If I had them sent from a petrol station forecourt I might have expected 3 days, but for £50 I did not.

My son moved out Friday, so we have been working hard to help and totally forgot it was Mother's Day weekend! By now it was Saturday (too late to send even a card) and as I live 200 miles from my mum, I was desperate to make amends. Fortunately I found "direct2florist" on the internet and took a chance. They hooked me up with Fleur de Lis who offered same day delivery, and boy did they deliver!! They even rang me to discuss the arrangement. I booked in line at 0945 and by 1900 my mum received a beautiful display, full of roses, that she likened to a bride's bouquet. She was thrilled, as was I .... mum works incredibly hard looking after dad who has dementia. They have been together for over 60 years and it's tough for her, so you can imagine the joy these flowers brought. Thanks to so much to the team at Fleur de Lis!

Such an easy to use site.. Prices compared to other sites are very reasonable and the customer service is fantastic, the florist that I had ordered was unable to fulfil my order so I was called straight away and the customer service assistant sorted out for another florist to deliver the flowers which arrived within 3 hours after the call. The flowers were a gift and they were so beautiful! ???? This is now the 4th order I have placed through this site and I highly recommend it. Five star service.

When my bouquet arrived they looked lovely and they were nicely presented. On further inspection I noticed the white roses were already fully opened and this concerned me because the Lilly's were closed. I thought the roses would start to die before the Lilly's started to open up and this was the case after just 4 days. Day 6 Lilly's still closed and roses are a day or 2 from being completely brown/dead. Not what I expected for the money I spent on them. Disappointed!!
