I love that the flowers are delivered by a local florist, close to where my elderly aunt lives. She always mentions the friendliness of the delivery person and how stunning the floral arrangements are. I usually go for a hatbox arrangement or basket as they are light and easy for her to manage. For me the service is excellent, the flowers are beautiful, competively priced and they are always delivered on time. Direct 2florist are my go to now whenever I want to brighten up someone's day

We had ordered a bright "Meadow Fresh" bouquet with beautiful heads - nothing like the bouquet that arrived which looked like £10 Tesco bunch and was not very colourful! If you accepted photos I could have uploaded the expected and the received for customers to make their own decision!
