Honestly, one of the best companies I have ordered from online, delivered on time a beautiful bunch for my friends birthday, they were fresh and wonderful. Unlike the usual online florists that arrive in bud, these came bloomed and had the wow factor. Very pleased and will use again!

This was the first time not using my usual florist and I’m disappointed with the service provided. I requested delivery of the flower arrangement on 13th or 14th October and they were delivered several days early. When they arrived the oasis was dry and the flowers were looking tired. Fortunately my mum is green fingered and she managed to rescue them. Then, a second arrangement arrived on the date I’d originally requested but they were limp and looked several days past their best. The delivery person was apparently very pleasant but confused by the fact this was the second delivery of the same arrangement. My mum did not accept this arrangement as she knew I wouldn’t have ordered two of the same to be delivered. The only reason I’m not rating this as bad is because the flowers, once rescued, looked very nice.

Thank you. Your service was much swifter than I could have wished for, especially with it being Mothering Sunday weekend in England. I have not seen the flowers (I live in Canada) but my mother was thrilled with them, and says they are beautiful. Lovely flowers and delivered on time. Although the guy who delivered them was going to leave them on the doorstep. Luckily the recipient was in and got to the door just before he left. Because of this, only a 3 star vote.
